Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake Uses Halloween for Some Fun Opportunities

There is no doubt that events and celebrations pull people together. Here at Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake, we believe Halloween is a perfect time to build up our team and encourage workplace camaraderie. It helps create traditions, provides opportunities for intergenerational fun, and builds positive morale within the team. Plus, it’s a great holiday to let the team break loose and plan some seasonal fun! 

This year, our team is super excited we can go back to traditional trick-or-treating door-to-door in the community. After our invited guests join us in collection of treats, they can visit our haunted game room. We will continue celebrating with the residents’ Halloween party where they will be the judge of the best employee costume. We’ll close out the month with the most spooktacular Happy Hour.

Traditions like this are important because it improves the culture in the community and brings the resident and employee relationships closer and builds a stronger team.
