In today’s fast-paced world of healthcare, companies are increasingly realizing the importance of creating a positive workplace culture. Here at Vitalia Westlake, we understand employee recognition is an essential element to achieve this culture.
Employee recognition is just as it sounds: recognizing and thanking employees for their hard work and effort. At Vitalia Westlake, we like to show this appreciation in several ways. From social recognition, milestone awards, or our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take a moment for our hard-working team members.
As the Executive Director, my role is always promoting employee appreciation. This past year, my favorite CFU was a shoutout to our Memory Care Staff, thanking them for all they do because they are a ray of sunshine!
