Each August, Vitalia Westlake participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time when staff can be open and honest about their feedback. A third party collects the data, ensuring it remains truly anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.



As the Business Office Director, I am dedicated to promoting employee appreciation. We consistently take time to recognize our hard-working team members because, at Vitalia Westlake, we believe our employees are the heart of our community. Our team goes above and beyond daily to make our residents feel at home.
