My husband spent his last year in the Memory Care area and the staff were loving, kind, thoughtful and became family to us. Their expertise was evident from administration to care partners to nursing staff, but their authentic love overshadowed all of that. They made us laugh in our grief and appreciated and valued Charlie as an individual. You could not find a better place for your loved one.”

The Staff at Vitalia worked with us to determine the best level of care for him and to meet his new needs. I have found all of the Staff – from Direct Caregivers to the Dining Staff, Activities, Housekeeping and the Directors (Deborah Spiro and Adrianna Rosado) extremely kind, helpful and attentive! “My wife has been at Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake for less than a week now. I like everything about it. The facility is gorgeous. The room is big. When I walked in, I got a very good vibe on the whole place. And then I brought my kids over there and they got the same feeling, so we felt this is the place for her. The staff members are wonderful. They’re great people. They’re good people. The place is spotless. There are activities all the time. Something is going on all the time. Full schedule every day. They have music, and they have games with the folks. They keep them very engaged. So far, so good.”
