Free meal – every shift
When you walk into the home office of Arrow Senior Living, our management company, in St. Charles, Missouri, you may notice a somewhat sizeable dining table taking up the space. It’s pretty hard to miss. Why is it there? Because we know how important a good meal is to sustain us physically and mentally. Not only that, but it provides an important opportunity to rest, socialize, and recharge our energy supplies. We eat lunch together every day and we want you to join us.
Every employee at VITALIA® is welcome to enjoy a meal every shift. Take a break and relax – you earned it. Nourish your body, socialize with fellow coworkers, and feel energized and excited to continue your day.
Statistics show that meaningful work, recognition, and advancement opportunities are the most important parts of a quality work environment.
Working in senior living is demanding and rewarding, and some days can really be a grind. At VITALIA®, we don’t want any employee to get stuck in a rut. That’s why we focus on achieving meaningful goals in our lives, not just making it through the next shift.
What are your goals? Would you like to really focus on your career advancement? Do you want to pursue continuing education? Or have you dreamed of doing something different than your current career? Let’s work to make your goals a reality.
